Berbeda dengan ponsel LG seri sebelumnya, LG Optimus 3D P920 ini merupakan ponsel pertama yang menawarkan prosesor dual-core dan dual-channel 1GHz, membuat perangkat ponsel sangat efisien. Berjalan pada sistem operasi Android 2.2 (upgradable ke 2,3), ponsel ini terdapat smart battery, dimana memiliki daya cadangan saat anda sedang tidur.

LG Optimus P920 menawarkan pemutaran 720p 3D yang menakjubkan. Dengan 4.3 WVGA " Layar 3D (800 x 480 resolusi). LG Optimus P920 bahkan menawarkan 1080p 2D MPEG-4/H.264 perekaman dan pemutaran, atau 3D 720p merekam dan playback H.264 SEI.
